nth much happenings in the day n afternoon.. wanted play bball but somehow it was boring n tired, coz i juz had a fierce mathc on sat -.-

LOL, so long since i eat coz when P2 eat till gt dirreahoe, den nvr eat liao till sun..
but eat till so tiring, 1h still cant finish XP

lesson in the morning and lata meet at woodland CC going to concourse to shop for items for prom night and reach home at 7+
den eat liao jinger jio me go play bball at 515, lol.. so tired but still go, nvr play much n was abit slack la, nt like how i usually would play..
go thr jump shot, wth.. alot nvr go in, pekcek.. n dunwan do layups oso, tired to run n cut..so while playing match i was juz like keep on pass to ppl n find a spot to stand at lan di.. did few jump shots, luckily in, but still more out den in -.-

morning went for exercise at 5, i mangaed to wake, hahahahaha
went down at ard 5.25 n did warm up, run bball court 3 rounds n stretch..
den did 10 suicide n i can really die liao.. i think the distance total up oso gt like around 1.5K bah, lol.. n i still wanted to try 20 at first, i think i sure die flat liao.. but can increase slowly..
den did some leg strenghtening exercise n was really tired la.. i walking n my leg was like energy-less liao..
nvm, i ll do again on thurs morning, read the report n says nid at least 48h for the muscles to recover.. n think i can slam dunk if i really work hard enough frm now.. hha
actually doing all these to get myself into JC starting 5 hopefully, although still long frm now.. LOL

nth much liao, lata going out wif andy wong again to find place for NCC annual camp expedition, sian.. thr goes my holiday again..
