i capsize twice todae, once at shore, the other after go out liao..
the kayak unsteady, i tot still ok, at first get the feel liao, but the kayak completely nt like ncc de sia, i tilt my body abit can capsize liao, my strength on both side unbalance oso can capsize liao, luckily 2star gt teach recovery, i used twice juz now, if nt capsize again loh

dn go J8 walk ard for nickie n vinus de present, sms coffee wad they will like n ask her share oso, haha..n i found liao call her, bo reply -.- i walk ard again, waiting for her to call back, so long oso nvr, so go foodcourt eat first..

bought liao i train back woodlands, met kiat sihao they all, den somehow we started talking abt the chio cher, haha
den they went home, on d way i saw laoren szeling n kang..
so i walk to pasar malam wif them, den they buy food n i send szeling home liao went home..

tiring day bah, although didnt really feel the aching after kayak, coz it's nt even intense
