anywya, so i went to bball in the afternoon, after a gym session in the morning, wif muscle aches =.=
n my giro form is filled up for my parade claims xD
n also, spent half the afternoon planning the marathon training route, training plan frm Nike web de, wahahah..
n i think im gonna be so crazy, running n running almost everydae =.=
almost everydae i had to run for like avg of 6 - 8 km in the future 4 months wif every sunday running for a minimum of 13km (starting) to the ending of the training of running almost 40km =.=
my days are gonna be burnt, but i dun mind for the sake of marathon xD
